Refund Policy

Because engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. is a service-based business where work is begun upon payment, refunds are not issued. Please ensure that you wish to purchase the service(s) prior to payment as our no refund policy is strictly enforced.

Etiquette Policy

Unacceptable activities include submitting illegal or unethical content for review, optimization, or distribution of articles or press releases. Unethical content can include adult related or pornographic material, or any other content that engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. deems inappropriate and unacceptable. If you are found in violation of submitting illegal, unethical, inappropriate, or unacceptable content, payment for uncompleted services will not be refunded under any circumstance. If you are in question of the type of content that you wish to submit, please call us at 216-765-0013 or e-mail us at support@engine-iuspressrelease.com indicating the nature of the material. We will be happy to let you know if the material is acceptable.

Abuse of the Law—Policy

engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. may be used for lawful purposes only. Any and all illegal activities are strictly prohibited. These illegal activities include, but are not limited to: attempting without authorization to access a computer system/program; pirating (i.e., distributing copyrighted material in violation of copyright law); scheming to defraud; attempting to send obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent content that has the potential to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person; threatening bodily harm or damage to an individual, group(s), or property; violating any state or federal law.

Unless engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. gives client prior written consent to the contrary, you agree not to modify, alter, or deface any of the trademarks, service marks, or intellectual property made available on engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc.’s Web site. Client also agrees not to consider engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. a sponsor, affiliate, or endorser of any of client’s products and/or services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that there is no partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. In addition, you agree not to use content, trademarks, or service marks for any purpose other than how it is used on our Web site. You also agree not to defame or disparage engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc., the trademarks, service marks, or any aspect of the services.

Pornographic and sex-related content is strictly prohibited; even if such activity is legal, it is not acceptable by engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. Anyone who violates this will be removed from our system; thus, preventing further business relations with engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc.

Client Responsibility

Any client of engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. is responsible for correctly and completely filling out all forms necessary for registration and submission of a press release and/or article form(s).

In addition, the client is responsible for securing his/her username and password. Our registration process is simple and secure. However, we accept no responsibility for your mishandling or misuse of your username/password.

All press releases and articles must contain a personal name, phone number, and clearly identifiable source of who wrote the content. The source indicates who is responsible for the content and cannot be the name of the agency issuing the press release or article on behalf of the client.

The client also assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all content submitted through our article and/or press release distribution network. Due to the volume of content that engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. receives, client agrees to not hold engine-ius responsible for verifying any content within a press release, article, bio., etc.

By submitting a press release or article, the client agrees they have the right to deliver all content to engine-ius Press Release Services and the article/press release distribution network. Client further agrees that this is unique content that does not violate any copyright laws. In addition, by purchasing any service offered by engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc., client agrees that they will comply will all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and laws related to “spam.”

It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure that all funds paid to engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. are “good”. In the event that a chargeback occurs on the client’s account, service will be withheld from such clients and future business transaction may be prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, that may arise from engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc.’s servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason. In the event that engine-ius Press Release servers go off-line, we will make our best attempt to contact the client to inform them of any delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions that may/will occur.

In addition, client agrees not to hold engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. responsible for any inaccurate information that is distributed via our press release or article service(s). Once the press release or article has been optimized (if that is a service client paid for and requested), the press release or article will be sent back to the client for final approval. This is the opportunity that the client has to bring any errors to the attention of engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. The corrections, if any, will be made and sent back to the client. Only upon approval from the client will the press release or article be submitted through our distribution network (if that is a service the client paid for and requested).

engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. does not ensure or guarantee that its services are free from errors, including omissions, interruptions, delays, losses, or defects, whether human or mechanical. Furthermore, no warranties are made, expressed or implied, that the press releases or articles are suitable for print or broadcast, or as to the number or reads, media pickups, prints, etc that a press release will receive, or the number of sites that will post an article, or the number of back-links that may be generated from any of our services. The numbers that are stated throughout the Web site are typical, but should not be a guarantee as to how well a client’s press release or article will do by using engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. In no event will engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc., third parties, or our distribution network be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc., any third parties, and it’s complete distribution network from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of client that foregoes representations and warranties, or otherwise arising out of or relating to the content, nature of the content, or other information provided by the client. In the event that engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. has any legal action brought against them as the result of activities of the client that violate any law, the privacy policy, or the terms of service, the client agrees to pay any and all damages awarded against engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. plus costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. Termination may include deleting all content and registration information. At the time of termination, engine-ius Press Release Services, Inc. is able to withhold any pre-paid funds for any violation of the policies set forth in this agreement.
